CS Santanu Deka graduated from Gauhati Commerce College, University of Gauhati in 2003 and qualified as a Company Secretary in 2009. With over 14 years of experience, he has extensive expertise in Corporate Laws and Compliance.

He served as Assistant Manager (Corporate & Legal) at a Chartered Accountant firm in Delhi from 2009 to early 2015 . before venturing into the field of practice.

Santanu Deka handles a large number of matters including Corporate Advisory and Compliance Management under Companies Act, LLP Act, Foreign Exchange Control Regulations, SEBI Regulations, Listing Regulations etc, Due Diligence, Incorporation/Conversion/change of name/striking off of companies/LLPs etc., Secretarial Compliances under the Companies Act, LLP Act, Secretarial Audit, Advisory and Compliance execution under Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) with respect to inbound and outbound investments, Drafting of legal agreements such as Business Transfer Agreements, Shareholders’ Agreement, Share Purchase Agreement, Share Subscription Agreement etc.
